Hermes Local provides done-for-you Google reviews and Google Maps visibility services for local businesses. This includes automated review requests sent to your customers, replies to reviews on your behalf, management and optimization of your Google Business Profile, missed-call text-back, and plain-English monthly summaries. Specific services included in your plan are described on your agreement or order.

• To cancel: reply STOP to any message.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time without affecting your service.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, a particular number or rating of reviews, or any amount of revenue or calls. Results depend on your market, your customers, and many factors outside our control. We make it easier for real customers to share honest feedback and help you keep your profile working.

Your responsibilities

You may request reviews only from real customers. You may not gate, filter, or select who is asked based on whether you expect a positive review, and you may not write, buy, or incentivize reviews. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hermes Local and Spencer Labs Ltd. Co. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the prior twelve (12) months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Idaho.
